WARNING – False Fundraising for Alpine Pop Warner Football & Cheer

Dear Residents and Businesses of Alpine and surrounding areas,
It has come to the attention of Alpine Pop Warner Football and Cheer that someone is phoning local businesses and residents stating they are affiliated with Alpine Pop Warner and soliciting donations. They are requesting donations for a banner or mention in a football program. They may use the name ‘Big Game Programs’, Please be advised that they are a scam and are not affiliated with Alpine Pop Warner.
Alpine Pop Warner does not solicit donations over the phone. We only request donations in person or by written means on our letterhead.

A real Mountaineer board member would have no problem showing/producing a certified Alpine Mountaineer, Pop Warner badge with their title, name, & photo!
Our Mountaineers always NEED donations, however, please be very careful when you donate to make SURE your contribution is going to the league, not some thief who makes a living stealing from kids and their parents.
