Greater Alpine Fire Safe Council (GAFSC) is NOW OFFERING EXPANDED CHIPPING ZONES in Greater Alpine!

In regard to our Free Chipping Program we have recently been allowed to expand zones in the Greater Alpine area. Attached is the new map showing our expanded zones. Comparing the new map to the old one you will note the inclusion of the east Dehesa Rd corridor from Harbison Canyon Rd. to Tavern Rd. (now part of Zone 7) and south Harbison Canyon Rd. from the Dehesa Rd. intersection north to the old boundary of Zone 1 (now included in Zone 1).  Also, Carveacre has been annexed into Zone 7.

In an effort to give folks in these areas a chance to get in tune with our program we are offering an unscheduled bonus Free Chipping Day at their property on 9/02/11. This offer is available to residential property owners in these areas only.
