This program has turned out to be one of our favorites! – we started out with some donated yarn and crochet hooks, and a Girl Scout leader who brought her troop in. It has morphed into a popular inter-generational program with all ages and all skill levels coming together weekly for an enjoyable Wednesday afternoon. A volunteer came forward who now leads the group. Here she is, teaching the kids how to start a chain. Boys get in on the fun too! (Today we expanded to 2 tables…)
