Celebrate Alpine History on June 2nd
The Alpine Historical Society invites you to come and celebrate the 12th Annual Alpine History Day on June 2nd from 11am to 2 pm at the museum at 2116 Tavern Road. There will be something for everyone. Tour the two pioneer houses and see the new exhibit in the Nichols carriage house. Enjoy an organ concert on the veranda. See a Model T Ford. Hear the third graders’ award-winning essays on Alpine history.
A delicious lunch will be served of homemade chili, salad, garlic bread, drinks and ice cream sundaes. The lunch is $8 for adults and $5 for children or an ice cream sundae only for $2.00.
This is a great opportunity to learn more about historic Alpine, get together with old friends and meet some new ones. This event is a fundraiser for the Alpine Historical Society to help maintain their historic buildings and create Heritage Park for the community. All donations are tax deductible.
