BOES PTA needs High School students in need of volunteer hours to volunteer at Boulder Oaks Western Days Carnival on May 18, 2012. The hours are from 4:00pm – 9:00pm. We need help with set up, clean up, running game booths, picking up trash, monitoring jumpers, working the cake walk, etc.
I am putting together a volunteer list. All volunteers are asked to wear a red shirt. (T-shirt, tank, sweatshirt, etc ) Volunteers will check in at the ticket sales table and a BOES PTA Board member will check off their name and tell them where they are assigned to work. At the end of their shift, they will check out at the ticket sales table. BOES PTA Board member will record their hours and give them a volunteer letter for school and a ticket voucher for a free meal.
Please pass this along to anyone you might know with a High School Student.

Dana – this came to me as an email instead of a post – maybe you can call her? – “I have a Chinese student who needs 4 more hours, can you use her for the event on May 18th?”
