First Public Meeting for the Alpine Community Plan Update – June 27, 2017

Public Notice

The County of San Diego, Department of Planning & Development Services (PDS) would like to invite you to the first public meeting for the Alpine Community Plan update. This initial meeting will provide an overview of the scope of the update and include an opportunity for stakeholders to provide preliminary input related to existing conditions. The meeting will be held a the Alpine Community Center (1830 Alpine Blvd., Alpine, CA 91901) on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 from 6:00 PM – 8:00PM.

The County is going to update the General Plan for all of Alpine.  This will include density, zoning, etc.  It will be the “future” of land use for Alpine (where do we want apartments, single family homes, etc.).  The “stakeholders” are everyone in Alpine.  This is the just the first meeting for the community and more will follow (in different places and times).  The entire process will probably take 18-24 months.
