Alpine Library Calendar of Free Events – October 2018

Library events LogoWe hope you’re enjoying the (slightly) cooler weather and the proliferation of pumpkin spice flavorings in many unexpected aspects of life. And as the seasons change, so does the staff…we said goodbye to Loretta Deaver, our children’s librarian, as she accepted a position at the Library of Congress!  We are so proud of her! We will miss Loretta, but we are excited to welcome Heather Pisani-Kristl as our new children’s librarian—she comes to us from the La Mesa branch and brings a wide variety of experience with her.  Come say hello starting October 12! This month we have a variety of interesting events coming up—we look forward to seeing you!
