“HOPPY TRAILS”: Guided Hike in Wright’s Field w/ Alpine Beer Company & Back Country Land Trust – April 20, 2019

Saturday, April 20, 2019 – “Hoppy Trails” w/ Alpine Beer Company
10am-12pm Guided Hike: Native Plants and Wildflowers (Ticketed Event) Join Alpine Beer Company and the Back Country Land Trust for a guided walking tour of Wright’s Field followed by a tasty brew back at the Alpine Beer Company Tasting Room or The Pub! Late spring is the perfect time to see our native plants and wildflowers. Hike leader/botanist Scott McMillan will help you identify native plants and trees, and we will visit the endangered Thornmint restoration area. Proceeds from the hike will directly benefit our local non-profit Back Country Land Trust.

Guided hike & beer is $20. Children under 12 are welcome for FREE. Children 12+ are $15. *Get Tickets HERE

10am-12pm Meet at the trailhead near Old Ranch – 2500 South Grade Road

Saturday, May 18, 2019 – San Diego River Days: Native Plant Walk
10am-12pm Meet at trailhead behind JMMS – 1951Tavern Road

Saturday, June 1, 2019 – National Trails Day at Wright’s Field
9am-12pm Meet at trailhead behind JMMS – 1951 Tavern Road. All volunteer hours may be certified for community service and student school requirements. Please wear appropriate work clothes and footwear. Sun protection and water bottle recommended.
